A client required a new water treatment plant in a Wastewater treatment in animal husbandry and slaughterhouses is crucial due to the high volume of organic waste, nutrients, and potential pathogens present in the wastewater generated by these activities.
Core Solution
Step 1: Remove Fat, Oil using DAF
Step 2: Degrade organic matter using anaerobic reactor（IC-PLUS）
Step 3: Nutrient Removal: Nitrification/denitrification and phosphorus removal using Step 4: Anaerobic-Oxic (AO) technology to remove the last part of organic matters.
Step 5: Using chlorine dioxide generator to disinfection
