Situation
An electroplating factory involved in the production of electronic components uses various chemical reagents, resulting in complex wastewater pollutants that are challenging to treat. The wastewater mainly contains heavy metals, organic solvents, and acidic/alkaline waste liquids which is heavy toxic to human health.
Core Solution
Step 1: Removal of suspended solids (SS) and cleaning agents.
Step 2: Two-stage coagulation and flocculation treatment to remove heavy metal ions.
Step 3: Using Fenton Oxidation to enhance the B/C ratio (biodegradability) of organic solvents in wastewater
Step 4: Degradation of organic matter using aerobic microorganisms.
Client: An electroplating factory in East China
Treatment Capacity: 2500 m3/day
