Situation
A food production company primarily producing liquid dairy products. The wastewater discharged including high concentrations of organic matter(COD), fats, ammonia nitrogen (NH4+-N), and total phosphorus(TP).
Core Solution
Step 1: Removal oil using DAF.
Step 2: Hydrolytic acidification promotes fat degradation.
Step 3: Degrade of organic matter using anaerobic reactor(EGSB-PLUS)
Step 4: Remove the last part of organic matter using Anaerobic-Oxic (AO) technology
Step 5: Coagulation to remove SS (suspended solids) and TP (Total Phosphorus) from the final effluent.
