Situation
The metal processing industry generates a significant amount of wastewater during production. This wastewater often contains harmful substances such as heavy metal ions, oil contaminants, and suspended solids.
Core Solution
Step 1: Remove oil by oil separator
Step 2: Using a two-stage coagulation and flocculation treatment to remove heavy metal ions and suspended solids (SS).
Step 3: Using Fenton Oxidation to enhance the B/C ratio (biodegradability) of the wastewater.
Step 4: Degradation of organic matter using aerobic microorganisms.
Step 5: Adsorption of organic matter using powdered activated carbon.
