<p><strong>Situation</strong></p>
<p>A pharmaceutical company primarily produces Amikacin Sulfate, Tazobactam Acid, Spectinomycin Hydrochloride, Kanamycin, and other similar products. The wastewater discharged during the production process contains inorganic acids and bases, pharmaceutical intermediates, and residual raw materials as organic compounds.</p>
<p><strong>Core Solution</strong></p>
<p>Step 1: Separate and collect the catalytic oxidation of high-concentration wastewater.</p>
<p>Step 2: Degradation of most of organic matter using Anaerobic Reactor ( EGSB-PLUS).</p>
<p>Step 3: Degradation the last part of organic matter and nitrogen using anoxic and aerobic microorganisms.</p>
<p>Step 4: Coagulation to remove SS (suspended solids) and TP (Total Phosphorus).</p>
