Situation
A corrugated paper and packaging paper manufacturing company using waste paper as the main raw material. The wastewater discharged from the production process contains high concentrations of organic matter, suspended solids（SS）, and recalcitrant lignin.
Core Solution
Step 1: Fiber collection through inclined screen filtration;
Step 2: Removal of SS (suspended solids) using coagulation reaction;
Step 3: Degrade most of organic matter using anaerobic reactor（IC-PLUS）
Step 4: Remove the last part of organic matter using Anaerobic-Oxic (AO) technology
Step 5: Remove the last part of SS (suspended solids) in the final effluent through coagulation reaction.
